Managing Partner
Daisy serves as Managing Partner for Make It Rain Capital, managing a $75M real estate portfolio across Texas and Arizona. She brings extensive experience in international education and management, previously overseeing government scholarship accounts totaling $10M.
A leader in Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW) and Real Estate Association of Latinx Professionals (REAL), she is passionate about community empowerment and mentorship. Daisy’s guiding lights are to retire her parents and foster a loving, values-driven family. She lives in Austin, TX with her husband, Luc and their son, David.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from the University of La Verne, a Master of Science in Higher Education from California State University, Fullerton, and a Business Foundations Certificate from Wharton University.

Luc serves as Managing Partner for Make It Rain Capital, with a multifamily track record amounting to $75MM in value. With 13 years of industry experience encompassing both commercial and residential construction projects totaling over $1B, he aspires to create generational wealth, leave a lasting legacy, and provide a better life for his family and community through real estate.
A native Californian, he now lives in Austin, TX with his wife and business partner, Daisy. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys brewing specialty coffee, throwing kettlebells around, and cooking.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
